Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team as a Permanent Recruitment Specialist. As a key member of our Food and FMCG division, you will be responsible for identifying and fulfilling the recruitment needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their current and anticipated needs, and identify opportunities to fulfill them through our candidate database or targeted advertising.
- Maintain and grow our candidate database, ensuring regular contact and follow-up activities to meet client expectations.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the food and FMCG industry, including market trends, challenges, and legislation.
- Optimize our digital platforms, including social media, to establish new connections and expand our reach.
- Explore international talent opportunities to provide innovative solutions for our clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate records across our systems, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Report on key findings, improvements, and terminated contracts to the Permanent Head of Recruitment on a regular basis.
- Network and build relationships with industry professionals to identify new business opportunities and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Manage complaints and issues in a professional and effective manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the training and development of colleagues as required.
- A competitive salary with a commission opportunity of up to 25% of billing.
- 25% remote working arrangement, with flexibility to work from home.
