Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated car parts pickers to become part of a reputable automotive organization.

This is a long-term, ongoing opportunity with two available shift patterns:

  • Day Shift: 07:30 am to 15:30 pm, Monday to Wednesday, and 07:30 am to 15:00 pm on Thursday and Friday.
  • Evening Shift: 12:30 pm to 20:30 pm, Monday to Wednesday.

Overtime is compensated at time and a half after 39 hours, with a competitive hourly rate. Additionally, the evening shift includes a weekly shift allowance.

Key Responsibilities

The role of the Warehouse Associate is crucial in meeting business goals and individual performance metrics in productivity and quality, while ensuring a safe working environment.

Successful candidates will:

  • Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, and health and safety.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace.
  • Support the team leader and contribute to the overall operations of the area.
Qualifications

While prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred, a comprehensive 12-week paid training program will be provided to all new hires.

During the onboarding process, candidates will have the opportunity to meet future colleagues and familiarize themselves with the warehouse environment.
