Bodyshop Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bodyshop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business meets its profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of bodyshop technicians and supervisors to deliver high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability within the bodyshop.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that they are in line with business targets and objectives.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues, to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations and policies are adhered to, and that the bodyshop is maintained in a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a bodyshop management role, with a strong track record of delivering results and improving performance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and policies.
