Business Account Manager Opportunity

Armstrong Lloyd - Marketing Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and fast-paced Business Account Manager to manage and grow a newly launched channel for one of the UK's leading technology-led homes and gardens household name brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in the newly launched omnichannel business segment.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to grow sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with category managers to manage forecasting, introduce new products, and support promotions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to provide ongoing value to customers.
  • Manage the forecasting process, stock management, and product launches.
  • Analyze sales data and assess customer operations to identify opportunities and risks.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Asset Manager.
  • Solid experience working with a major omnichannel retailer.
  • Essential e-commerce experience and ability to manage a large product range online.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with all levels of customer organization.
  • Experience in marketing, trading, and program/project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
