We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with providing cost and commercial management support to project teams
- Collaborate with senior members of the commercial team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and proposals
- Monitor and report on project costs and progress
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
