We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team, working within schools to provide a high-quality, comprehensive mental health service.
The successful candidate will have significant post-qualification experience, a strong understanding of mental health needs, and excellent assessment and intervention skills.
As a key member of the team, you will provide assessment, psychosocial interventions, and risk management, while also supervising junior practitioners and leading team activities.
You will work closely with schools, families, and external agencies to provide a collaborative approach to mental health support.
