  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with families, carers, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of social care policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Social work degree qualification (e.g., Dip SW, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent).
  • Membership of Social Work England.
  • Significant post-qualification experience of working in a local authority setting with children and families.
  • Experience of complex child protection cases and court proceedings under the Children's Act 1989.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice.
