About the Role
Churchill Estates Management Ltd is excited to present a unique opportunity for an individual who thrives in a people-oriented environment and possesses a solid background in administration and customer relations. As a Lodge Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our Home Owners. Your responsibilities will include organizing engaging activities, overseeing the development, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
In this position, you will report directly to the Area Manager, taking charge of property maintenance while delivering exceptional service to our Owners. You will be the reliable point of contact on-site, collaborating with various stakeholders, including customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
This role is vital to the Lodge's success and the satisfaction of our Owners, providing immense personal fulfillment.
About You
Your dedication to outstanding customer service is essential. To foster a joyful and fulfilling environment for the Owners, you should possess a warm and approachable demeanor, coupled with a genuine passion for helping others. You will need to exercise sensitivity and diplomacy while also demonstrating the decisiveness and assertiveness required to maintain the safety and security of the development. The ability to remain composed under pressure is crucial.
As you will be responsible for organizing events and managing site maintenance, strong administrative skills and proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, are necessary.
This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in related fields such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charitable organizations, and health & social care. A successful Lodge Manager is someone who enjoys a front-facing role and is committed to delivering first-rate customer service alongside excellent administrative capabilities.
