Position Overview:
We are seeking a Creative Partnerships Specialist to collaborate with our Creative Advertising & Partnerships Senior Manager and the sales team. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing customized media packages that align with our clients' marketing goals across UNI channels in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Creative Advertising & Partnerships Senior Manager and Sales Team to develop comprehensive campaigns from inception to completion, encompassing:
- Ideation and strategy
- Vision and storytelling
- Design and production execution
- Revenue tracking and campaign reporting
2. Implement communication and conversion strategies across digital and linear platforms, ensuring effective project management of campaign concepts that drive reach, traffic, and audience engagement.
3. Work closely with diverse teams across various departments, including legal, marketing, on-air, research, finance, and digital products, as well as local teams in different regions.
Creative Production Process:
Utilize your expertise in the creative production process, which includes:
- Ideation and strategy
- Pitch development
- Copywriting and supervision
- On-site production and post-production oversight
- Vendor management and budgeting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative solutions or sales, preferably within a media or creative agency.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, particularly in the Mexico and Latin America markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere.
