We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Blackwood House. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of kindness and respect.
- Participate in leisure and social activities, enhancing the overall quality of life for our residents.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00, plus pay rate enhancements for certain shifts.
- Full and part-time hours available, including 12-hour shifts.
