The primary role of the Team Supervisor is to enhance contract execution, manage staffing, uphold conduct, and maintain quality standards. The Team Supervisor will also provide on-the-ground support for patient transportation as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure outstanding customer service by facilitating the timely departure of Ambulance Care Assistants from the base.
  • Compliance Oversight: Collaborate with the Compliance Team to perform daily, weekly, and monthly health and safety checks, ensuring that all equipment and facilities meet regulatory standards.
  • Fleet Management: Work alongside the Fleet Supervisor to guarantee that all vehicles are roadworthy and conduct regular vehicle inspections to maintain optimal performance and hygiene.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate personal data management systems for all employees to ensure precise payroll and leave records.
  • Performance Metrics: Assist the Contract Manager in achieving key performance indicators, offering innovative suggestions for enhancements.
  • Team Development: Conduct probationary evaluations for Ambulance Care Assistants in accordance with company policies.
  • Training Facilitation: Deliver annual skills development training and perform driving assessments to ensure high-quality patient service delivery.

  • Full UK driving license is required.
