Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Deliver expert HR advice and support on employee development, performance management, and ER casework.
  • Efficiently handle HR transactions, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and nurture a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture.
  • Contribute to site improvement projects, enhancing operations and driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a HR Advisor, Coordinator, or Generalist in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industrial sector.
  • Strong talent acquisition and onboarding process experience.
  • Minimum qualification: CIPD Level 3, with a preference for Level 5 or actively working towards it.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across the organization.
  • A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
