Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct electrical and mechanical testing of cable assemblies using specialized equipment to verify functionality, insulation, resistance, and continuity.
  • Inspect cable assemblies for visual defects, such as damaged connectors, poor soldering, or incorrect wiring.
  • Record test results and compare them against predefined specifications.
  • Identify and document non-conformities and defects, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed testing records, including test reports and logs.
  • Ensure proper labeling and tagging of tested products to reflect pass/fail status.
  • Assist in preparing and updating test procedures and reports as needed.
  • Perform routine calibration and preventive maintenance on testing equipment.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical testing principles.
