Oncology Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse to join our Clinical Homecare team. As a field-based Oncology Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering bloods, toxicity assessments, IV chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, line care, IM/SC injections, and patient training to patients in their homes
• Working independently to manage a caseload of patients, with occasional support from a wider oncology team
• Traveling extensively between patients, with a full UK driving license required
• Displaying a high level of care and empathy to help patients achieve their goals and regain their independence

Requirements:

• Experience as a nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• Formal Oncology qualification, SACT passport, or in-house Oncology training to administer SACT
• Basic IT skills and ability to manage own workload and itinerary

• Competitive salary of £54,440pa, including £8,740 London Weighting
• Remote role with a fully expensed SUV company car and fuel card
• Monday to Friday 8am-5pm schedule, with 36 days' leave (28 days' holiday and 8 bank holidays)
