Support Officer Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Officer to join our team in Kent. As a Support Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services to individuals and families experiencing domestic abuse issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective support and guidance to customers with additional needs
  • Advocate on behalf of customers to ensure their welfare and housing needs are met
  • Support customers to access legal entitlements and permanent accommodation
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes

Requirements:

  • Experience in the housing and support sector (desirable)
  • Professionalism, empathy, and understanding
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
