Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to our field staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care.
- Care Quality and Compliance: Ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, as set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
- Client-Centered Care: Work closely with clients and their families/representatives to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans that meet their requirements.
- Safeguarding: Take a proactive approach to safeguarding, identifying and mitigating potential risks to our clients' well-being.
- Staff Supervision and Development: Provide regular supervision and coaching to our staff, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Clinical Collaboration: Work closely with our clinical teams to deliver nurse-delegated interventions in the community, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that all aspects of care delivery are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, with a strong understanding of CQC standards and regulations.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing complex care services, with a track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving excellent outcomes.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care.
