**Job Summary**

Trinity Management is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Planning Trainee to join our Planning Team. As a Retail Planning Trainee, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our retail planning processes and systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the administration of programme and forecast data within internal systems such as WMT and Power BI.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Local Delivery Partners and Local Authorities, to build and maintain programmes of work.
  • Highlight programme risks to the wider team and contribute to planning and design strategy for overall project planning.
  • Ensure project delivery is on time and within budget, and introduce and deliver innovation to drive efficiencies and improve performance.
  • Build productive working relationships with Local Authority representatives and attend ad hoc planning meetings to ensure assurance and programme actions.

**Requirements**

  • Strong understanding of the NRSWA/permit application process.
  • Knowledge of internal systems and applications, including Power BI.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
