Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in South Lincolnshire. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction team, working collaboratively with our clients to deliver exceptional solutions for their projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring excellent standards of service and timely delivery.
  2. Supervise the work of assistants and apprentices, fostering their professional development and growth.
  3. Collaborate with Project Managers and Construction Managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

  1. Hold a degree in a field related to Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  2. Proven experience working for a main contractor, with a strong track record of delivering construction and refurbishment projects across various sectors.
  3. Proficiency in using role-related software and tools.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
