This is a dynamic role where no two days are ever the same. As a Children's Residential Team Leader, you will work towards achieving the desired outcomes for young people and children in the homes. You will also support the Home Management to achieve and maintain an OFSTED rating of good.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Management team to achieve and maintain an OFSTED rating of good
  • Work towards achieving the desired outcomes for young people and children in the homes
  • Collaborate with the Home Management team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide guidance and support to care staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a residential care setting
  • Knowledge of OFSTED requirements and standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
