Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute assembly, repair, and modification tasks on a variety of products, including Line Replaceable Units and radar systems.
  • Utilize business systems to accurately document and ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Provide mentorship and support to fellow team members in their professional development.
  • Possess formal qualifications in electrical assembly Workmanship Standards, or demonstrate relevant experience through an apprenticeship.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
  • Perform intricate assembly, disassembly, and modifications of electromechanical subassemblies and radar systems with precision.
  • Work with close tolerances, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail to uphold quality standards.
  • Engage in prototyping activities, utilizing limited data to support initial builds and provide constructive feedback for product and process enhancement.
  • Interpret and analyze technical drawings, wiring schedules, and circuit diagrams effectively.
