Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team at top365 ltd. The role involves facilitating property sales and lettings transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales and lettings agreements with clients.
- Manage property listings and advertising campaigns to maximize visibility and attract potential clients.
- Coordinate property valuations and inspections to ensure accurate pricing and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and lettings team, including documentation and client record management.
