Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality standards are met and designs are accurately implemented on-site.
  • Support the recruitment and expansion of the engineering team.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to facilitate project success.
  • Mentor and assist in the development of junior engineers.
  • Conduct site visits as necessary to ensure project alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal contracting teams to streamline processes.
  • Proactively enhance personal skills and engage in ongoing professional development.
  • Manage internal resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
