Charitynorth Devon Hospice is seeking a Retail Support Manager to provide management cover at retail locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the shop, including managing a team of volunteers, ensuring accurate accounting and handling of assets, delivering high standards of customer service, and adhering to all charity policies and procedures. The role requires providing management cover at retail locations as required by the charity, currently including Richmond, Northallerton, Pickering, Harrogate, Knaresborough shops, and subsequent locations as the charity grows. The Retail Support Manager will report to the Retail Area Manager and will be responsible for managing the shop's operations, including managing a team of volunteers, ensuring accurate accounting and handling of assets, delivering high standards of customer service, and adhering to all charity policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
