Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize measuring instruments and possess the capability to assess elastomeric products according to specifications.
- Operate manufacturing machinery and presses specifically designed for elastomer production.
- Change tooling, confirm setups, and execute initial production runs.
- Effectively access, comprehend, and comply with Quality Assurance Procedures (QAP).
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Engage in on-the-job training to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in the role.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn, operate, and manufacture elastomeric products.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Capability to identify minor deviations in material specifications as per customer requirements.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Consistent attendance is expected.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Must be eligible for certification in forklift and overhead crane operations as necessary.
