Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize measuring instruments and possess the capability to assess elastomeric products according to specifications.
  • Operate manufacturing machinery and presses specifically designed for elastomer production.
  • Change tooling, confirm setups, and execute initial production runs.
  • Effectively access, comprehend, and comply with Quality Assurance Procedures (QAP).
  • Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
  • Engage in on-the-job training to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in the role.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn, operate, and manufacture elastomeric products.
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Capability to identify minor deviations in material specifications as per customer requirements.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Consistent attendance is expected.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Must be eligible for certification in forklift and overhead crane operations as necessary.
