About the Role

The University of Chichester is seeking a passionate and experienced ELT Teacher Trainer and ELT Teacher to become part of our professional, committed, and student-focused academic community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the International Short Programme Unit by providing ELT teacher training for overseas in-service primary teachers of English from South Korea.
  • Facilitate short programmes for undergraduate students from Japanese and Kurdistan universities, focusing on intensive language development and cultural studies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering primary ELT methodology, professional language development for the classroom, and cultural studies.
  • Holding a CELTA or TEFL certificate (or equivalent) and an MA/MEd in ELT or a related field.
  • Experience working with Korean, Japanese and West Asian teachers and students is advantageous.
