We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Auditor to join our team on a long-term temporary basis. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective deployment of our Integrated Management System (IMS) and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Audits: Perform internal audits using established processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Plan and Execute: Organize and carry out audits with active stakeholder engagement, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Report Findings: Categorize and report findings accurately within agreed timelines, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Resolve Issues: Monitor non-conformance resolutions and identify opportunities for improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Organisational Skills: Strong organizational and self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Best Practices Advocate: A champion of best practices with an openness to new ideas and a willingness to share knowledge with colleagues.
  • Analytical Mindset: An analytical thinker with the ability to influence positively and make informed decisions.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  • Bonus Skills: Knowledge of nuclear site license conditions and proficiency in French is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Essential: Internal auditor qualification (ISO 9001:2015) and a strong understanding of quality management principles.
  • Desirable: Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, regulated environments, and membership in quality institutes.
