Deputy General Manager - Premium Health and Fitness Club

We are seeking a highly dynamic and empowering leader to oversee all aspects of service and operations in our premium health and fitness club in Farnham, Surrey.

As Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring immaculate club standards and delivering world-class member service. You will also deputise for the General Manager in their absence, providing an opportunity to accelerate your development and progress within the business.

Our club offers a state-of-the-art gym, group exercise, swimming, health and beauty, junior programmes, creche, racquets, Spa, restaurant, and business hub. We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Highly dynamic leadership skills and an obsession for world-class standards and service.
  • Premium fitness, sports, leisure, or hospitality industry experience as a Club Manager, Centre Manager, or General Manager.
  • Experience in managing multiple departments, large teams, and budgets.
  • Comprehensive experience in health and safety and multi-faceted venue operations.
  • A flexible approach to work, including occasional weekend shifts.
  • Passion for health and fitness.
