About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Room Manager to join our Tops Day Nurseries team. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for our children to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of childcare workers and educators to deliver high-quality care and education to our children.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate learning activities that support the developmental needs of our children.
- Ensure the nursery is always well-organized and that all resources are available and used effectively.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and inclusive nursery environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of our children and make recommendations for future development.
Requirements
- Early Years qualification (Level 3 or higher) in childcare.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience working in an early years setting.
- Good communication skills, both with children and adults.
