About the Role

Make a Difference in Mental Health
We are seeking a Clinical/Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join our integrated Mental Healthcare team at HMP YOI Doncaster, a category B remand prison housing around 1145 patients aged 18-94 years of age. As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse range of complex presentations, trauma, and deprivation. This role is suitable for a newly qualified or experienced Psychologist familiar with working with adult mental health presentations, including neurodiversity and complex trauma. The successful applicant must be familiar with trauma-informed practice and trained in at least one trauma-specific intervention. You will be part of the Integrated Mental Health Team and an integral part of the clinical leadership team, supporting the development of the psychological therapies service.
Working Arrangements
This is a part-time position working 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We are flexible regarding which days are worked, and we may also consider full-time hours.
Salary and Benefits
This part-time position offers up to £60,530 per annum FTE, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a bespoke induction program, our Introducing Health in Justice training course, and access to our Learning Management System to address your learning needs.
