Main Responsibilities:
- Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources across the region, ensuring that administrative and support teams are adequately resourced to meet business needs.
- Workflow Management: Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize turnaround times and improve productivity.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and monitor training programs, CPD, and professional exams to ensure that staff have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Centralize AML and engagement letters, and ensure that independence and integrity checks are conducted regularly.
- Health and Safety: Manage health and safety protocols for offices across the region.
- Marketing and Events: Liaise with marketing to coordinate and run events that promote our services and build relationships with clients.
- Project Management: Oversee and support project roll-outs, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- HR and Recruitment: Liaise with the People function to manage HR matters across the region, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits.
- IT and Estates Management: Coordinate IT requirements with central IT, and manage estates across the hub, ensuring that facilities are maintained to a high standard.
About You:
- Professional Services Background: You will have experience working in a professional services background, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- Stakeholder Management: You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Leadership and Management: You will have a proven track record of leadership and management, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.
- Technical Skills: You will have a good understanding of IT systems and ideally knowledge of accountancy software packages.
- Business Acumen: You will have strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
