As a Multilingual Business Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to business travelers embarking on worldwide travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling all travel-related inquiries professionally and efficiently, maintaining agreed service levels
  • Offering a high level of service to clients, including booking all aspects of business travel from a 1-night hotel stay to complex international flight itineraries
  • Providing travel/route expertise on worldwide destinations
  • Dealing with amendments, schedule changes, and taking ownership for each booking until concluded

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in corporate or leisure travel or the airline industry with international booking experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch, French, or Italian (and English)
  • Working knowledge of a Global Distribution System (GDS)
  • Excellent worldwide geography
  • Ability to deliver high levels of customer service at all times
  • Proficiency in a multi-system environment and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to develop valuable and long-lasting relationships with business customers
