About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dementia Unit Manager to lead our care team and deliver exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement care strategies and policies
  • Ensure that our residents receive person-centered care that promotes their dignity, well-being, and quality of life
  • Manage and coordinate the care team to ensure that our residents receive timely and effective care
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided, making recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a care setting
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with a focus on dementia care
