Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Remediation Project Manager to join our team at Remediation.co. as a key member of our project delivery team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective delivery of a wide range of remediation projects, working closely with our clients and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that their remediation projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute remediation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all project deliverables are met and that the project is delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget.
  • Project Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other support staff, to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are accurately estimated and tracked, and that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Remediation Pilot Testing and Peer Review: Conduct remediation pilot testing and peer review to ensure that remediation designs and technologies are effective and meet the required standards.
  • Remediation Design and Implementation: Develop and implement remediation designs and technologies, working closely with clients and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Reporting and Quality: Prepare and submit high-quality reports to clients and stakeholders, ensuring that all project deliverables are met and that the project is delivered to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong Track Record: A strong track record in remediation project management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Verification and Closure: Experience in verifying and closing remediation projects, ensuring that all project deliverables are met and that the project is delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget.
  • Remediation Process and Design: A deep understanding of remediation processes and designs, including remedial technologies and their applications.
  • Technical Report Writing: Excellent technical report writing skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

A BSc degree in a relevant subject, such as environmental science, engineering, or a related field, is required. A postgraduate degree or professional certification in a related field is highly desirable.
