Financial Services Practice Manager Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Practice Manager Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial advisors and paraplanners, ensuring the smooth operation of our client bank and pension administration.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial services administration, including report writing, client support, and paraplanning. You will be confident in your ability to work independently, with a high level of motivation and a strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and submitting suitability reports using templates
- Conducting research and providing recommendations to financial advisors
- Supporting the completion of FCA reports and PI cover
- Maintaining and updating client files
- Providing administrative support to financial advisors and paraplanners
- Collating and analyzing data to inform business decisions
We offer a competitive salary of up to 40k/45k, depending on experience, and a 100% office-based role in the Buckinghamshire area. If you are a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for financial services administration, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a financial services administration role
- Strong background in report writing, client support, and paraplanning
- Confident communicator with clients and providers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
