Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery to produce high-quality products, adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure finished products meet quality standards.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including lifting heavy materials as required.
  • Maintain a fast-paced work environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting production deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator, with a minimum of 6 months in a similar role.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, with a strong focus on physical stamina and endurance.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and occasional Saturdays, with a willingness to adapt to changing production schedules.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
