Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are pleased to present a unique opportunity to join a top-tier legal firm in their South Essex office.

This is a superb chance to work with a leading private client team that acts for executors and trustees on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

The firm's private client team is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high-quality work.

Due to the firm's development and expansion, we are seeking to appoint a Senior Private Client Solicitor to work alongside existing partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of probate matters, LPA, and tax, and will be expected to work with limited supervision but with the benefit of full administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend marketing and networking events to bring in work
  • Give talks at local care homes and charity groups
  • Supervise junior lawyers in the team
  • Work on probate matters, LPA, and tax
