As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our Digital Data and Technology (DDaT) strategy, ensuring the provision of a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose ICT service to meet the needs of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the development and implementation of our End User Compute strategy, focusing on the use of Microsoft 365 technologies to deliver organisational outcomes.
* Collaborate with the security and governance teams to ensure the security and integrity of our corporate devices and infrastructure.
* Provide third-line ICT support services, including the maintenance of Microsoft operating systems, patch management, and third-party patching.
* Contribute to the development of infrastructure projects, both in the cloud and on-premises.

Requirements:

* Experience of implementing, supporting, and maintaining on-prem and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on End User Compute.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Intune, Azure, and Microsoft Defender suite.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
