Credit Control Team Leader

This role is responsible for leading a team in credit control and collections, ensuring that all monies owing to Informa are collected within credit control policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of service to customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of credit control and collections professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve credit control and collections processes, ensuring that all monies owing to Informa are collected within credit control policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all credit control and collections activities are aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and resolve complex disputes and issues, escalating to senior management as necessary.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on credit control and collections performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Proven experience in credit control and collections, with a strong understanding of credit control policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of service to customers and colleagues.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
