The Company

Instinct Resourcing is collaborating with a distinguished Business School that is embarking on an innovative initiative to broaden its educational offerings through digital formats, channels, and markets.

We are engaged with a division that focuses on developing blended learning modules aimed at enhancing the skills of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Currently, there are 10 modules within this program, which are subject to ongoing enhancement.

Job Description

This team is seeking an individual to perform an initial brief evaluation of the existing modules and provide a series of recommendations regarding course formats, layouts, and structures. You will be responsible for identifying potential challenges that students may face and compiling a document outlining strategies for addressing and improving these issues.

Upon completion of this initial phase, the team will utilize your recommendations to develop the latter part of the project, where you will be tasked with implementing your proposed solutions.

  • To be a successful candidate for this position, the following skills are required:
  • Extensive experience with the Canvas Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
  • Proven experience in delivering training sessions to enhance Academics' use of Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL)
  • Proficiency in content creation using Articulate Storyline
  • Solid understanding of Accessibility principles
