IT Support Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Graduate to join our team in Leominster. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal teams, maintaining and repairing IT infrastructure, and collaborating with external IT support companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal IT-related support requests.
  • Maintain, repair, and test IT infrastructure, including end-user computing, smartphones, peripherals, and servers.
  • Provide software support and collaborate with external IT support companies to resolve complex issues.
  • Assist with in-house support tasks, such as setting up new PCs and fixing jammed printers.
  • Liaise between the company and external IT support to ensure seamless communication.
  • Make minor amendments to the website using Python.
  • Assist with the rollout of new IT systems and conduct periodic data cleansing.
  • Keep a manual asset record of all PCs, laptops, and other devices.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Windows operating systems.
  • Good knowledge of Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good knowledge of PC and peripheral hardware.
  • Excellent personable communication skills.
