1. Organize and manage the reception, admission, transfer, and nurse-led discharge processes for patients.

Detailed Job Responsibilities

1. Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and colleagues through various channels to ensure seamless service delivery, including complex and sensitive situations involving patients with special needs.

3. Engage in regular staff and unit meetings.

  • Registered Nurse qualification
  • Recent experience in an Acute Hospital setting

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with proficient IT capabilities
  • Flexibility to work hours as required by service demands, including adaptability to changing service needs
