Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Supervise and lead a team of care assistants, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Care Assistant in residential care.
- Completed an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- A compassionate and caring nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate staff members, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
