Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at R&V Group Ltd. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Supervise and lead a team of care assistants, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Conduct regular observations and assessments to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Care Assistant in residential care.
  • Completed an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care.
  • A compassionate and caring nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff members, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
