Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our Business Finance team at Kohler Mira. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of the Recoup business and leading the Kitchen & Bath UK group Capital Plan process.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Operations Management: Oversee daily financial operations for the Recoup business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Financial Reporting: Develop and deliver detailed financial reports for Senior Leadership across the brands, highlighting key performance indicators and providing insights into business performance.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Prepare quarterly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring risks and opportunities are flagged in a timely manner.
- Capital Planning: Be the lead financial support for the bi-annual Capital Planning process for K&B UK, ensuring spend stays in line with agreed limits and that projects deliver an acceptable Profitability Index (PI) for the business.
- Continuous Improvement: Aligned with the business's culture and strategic plan, seek continuous improvement in all areas of work to improve efficiency, control, and reduce manual/non-valued added work through automation and other initiatives.
- Excellent Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Time Management: Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Accounting Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Qualifications: AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in Xero, SAP, and BPC an advantage.
- Travel: Available for occasional travel.
