Job Title: Sales and Marketing Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious Sales and Marketing Administrator to play a key administrative role in supporting the commercial team at DiamondAir International Ltd. This role involves supporting the development of marketing campaigns, maintaining customer databases, and assisting with sales operations.

Responsibilities:

* Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
* Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
* Process and manage sales contracts as required.
* Assist in the preparation of quotations, sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
* Work closely with sales and business development to track and manage sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with prospective clients.
* Monitor the sales pipeline and track progress against sales targets.
* Coordinate with the sales team to manage and update the sales pipeline.
* Generate sales reports to provide insights and recommendations to the team.
* Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights to improve future efforts.
* Work collaboratively with the team to manage and develop CRM capabilities across the function.
* Assist in the creation and editing of marketing content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
* Maintain and update marketing databases, including customer and prospect information, mailing lists, and campaign tracking data.
* Support in the reporting of commercial activity across the team, including performance metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
* 3 – 4 years previous experience in sales support and marketing administration is required for this position.
* Any experience in the travel industry would benefit your application.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot and Salesforce, is a plus.
