Location: Home-based with travel required

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to generate growth, increase market share, and achieve sales and gross margin targets in the Automotive and Battery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and increase market share in the Automotive and Battery industry.
  • Identify and develop relationships with top clients of end-users and OEMs in the Automotive and Battery segment.
  • Develop sales in the segment with users, integrators, and machine builders from lead to order.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams and international counterparts to share information and provide support.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Field Sales, preferably in the Automotive and Battery industry.
  • Strong business development and sales skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in a global team.
