Job Title: Postal Delivery Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Postal Delivery Worker to join our team at the West London Delivery Centre. As a Postie, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers in the Paddington/Notting Hill area, while also supporting deliveries in the wider West London area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Operate a company vehicle and maintain a high level of vehicle safety and cleanliness
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays

Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
