Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Disrepair Caseworker to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal framework relating to disrepair and be able to maintain accurate case records, monitor deadlines, and support the team in effective management of legal disrepair casework. The role involves completing casework for Pre-Action Disrepair cases, liaising with Disrepair Surveyors and Contract Manager, and providing regular reports on performance to the Senior Disrepair Manager and Disrepair Manager.
