Job Title: Registered Care Manager

At Adelaide Care Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality homecare services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring of performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, providing sound leadership and support to ensure they are clear about their duties and responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safe delivery of care services.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety in the workplace and in the field.
  • Manage and record complaints and incidents, using findings to make improvements.
  • Provide excellent communication skills with clients, their families, and representatives, staff, and other health and social care professionals.
  • Keep all information about clients and their families secure and confidential.
  • Work with the HR Manager to manage the effective recruitment, induction, and training of staff.
  • Identify ongoing training needs and ensure staff are up to date with current best practice.
  • Implement company policy and procedures in relation to managing absence, disciplinary, capability, and grievance matters.
  • Provide information, guidance, and ongoing supervision to enable staff to effectively and safely carry out their roles.
  • Carry out annual appraisals and monitoring of staff performance.
  • Ensure all emergency on-call issues are dealt with effectively.
  • Promote the business and attend external meetings to represent the service in a positive manner.
  • Participate in the growth and development of the business, working with the senior management team to achieve sales targets and deliver within budget.
