Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Compliance Manager to join our team at Argyll and Bute Council. As a key member of our Fleet, Waste and Transport Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient management of our fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of fleet management operations, including staff training and service asset management planning and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Fleet, Waste and Transport Team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet compliance and asset management.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on fleet management best practices.
