We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Superintendent to join our fleet and crewing department, responsible for the general and technical management of Ro-Ro Cargo Ferries in accordance with company and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair of vessels, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement budget plans, survey schedules, and internal audits/inspections to ensure optimal vessel performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Operations, Safety, Marine, Commercial, Crewing, and HR, to achieve business objectives.
- Participate in the Crisis Management Team to ensure effective response to any vessel-related incidents.
- Qualified Marine Engineer with Chief Engineer / 2nd Engineer – Unlimited CoC.
- Experience in a similar shore/ship management role or as a Chief Engineer/2nd Engineer on Ro-Ro Cargo Ferries.
- Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
